Coachman Park Rules
Coachman Park is dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time during their stay. To make sure everyone can enjoy concerts, festivals, and special events, certain rules are in place. Be sure to read and review the following policies.

Arrival Policy
Seating for most events is general admission. So Coachman Park recommends that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before a ticketed event to make sure you have plenty of time to find parking in the area and a great spot to set up your blankets or chairs. Arriving early also limits how much disruption guests may cause if they arrive late.
Bag Policy
Event staff reserves the right to inspect any bags for inspection. Guests have the right to refuse searches and event staff reserve the right to deny entry. Any prohibited items may be returned to your vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Events at Coachman Park occur in most cases, no matter the weather. If severe weather or artist cancellation forces an event to be canceled, guests should call 727-562-4700 to ask about rescheduling or ticket refund policy.
Children Policy
Some shows or events may not be appropriate for younger children. Please refer to the event description or program guide for help in selecting the right events for your family. Please refer to the event description regarding whether younger children require their tickets. If you are not certain, you may call 727-562-4700 for help.
Food Policy
Outside food may be allowed depending on the specific event. Please refer to the ticketed event description for details. Events at Coachman Park have a variety of vendors and concessions stands available to satisfy every craving and need. Please call 727-562-4700 for further information.
Lost and Found Policy
Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 727-562-4700 after the show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item. Coachman Park does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.
Photography Policy
Coachman Park staff regularly takes photos of attendees and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your photo to be taken, please tell the photographers.
Prohibited Items
Coachman Park events restrict certain items for safety and contract reasons. While some events may vary, the following is a partial list that is relevant to most concerts, festivals, and events. Please contact Coachman Park at 727-562-4700 if you have any questions or refer to your ticketed event description and program.
- Backpacks may be subject to search by event staff
- Outside drinks, coolers, cans, cups, bottles, and beverages during select events
- Knives, guns, and any type of weapons or explosives
- Professional cameras and recording equipment are usually not allowed during concerts and festivals
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers, whistles and air horns
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Animals (except service animals)
- Personal property or clothing that is a potential hazard to others (e.g. chains, wallet chains or jewelry with spiked edges)
- Signs, clothing, or posters featuring offensive imagery or text
